Hi, I’m Haley — founder of Hill & Co. Events, wife to my incredible husband and mama to two spirited little boys and a sweet baby girl. I'm a proud Greenville, SC native and a natural planner at heart.

Before launching Hill & Co., I worked as a nanny and currently serve as a Children's Director at my church (yes, I basically have a PhD in managing chaos). With over ten years in the event industry, I’ve planned it all — from Vacation Bible School and dinner parties to elegant weddings and big celebrations. My varied background has proved to be extremely helpful in this line of work. I show up to every event with creativity, a packed emergency kit, a serious love of logistics, and a good sense of humor — because let’s be honest, wedding days need it all!
My favorite part of planning? Getting to know you. I’m all about events that feel personal, intentional, and uniquely yours. You can expect plenty of coffee chats (or cocktails!), idea swapping, and enthusiastic brainstorming along the way — I want to hear all of your ideas! You have a vision and I want to help make it happen.

When I'm not planning weddings or spending time with kids, I'm usually getting in some quality time with my family or exploring beautiful Greenville. I also love entertaining. Give me a fun dinner party, wine, and a delicious cheese tray and I'm set! I enjoy a good layout, dancing, schedules, and obsessively researching (literally everything). I also love to travel! They all have come in handy in this line of work- I promise! I truly love what I do — and I can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!
Erin | Event Coordinator & Chaos Coordinator (at Work and at Home!)

Erin is one of our amazing Event Coordinators and Event Assistant here at Hill & Co. Events — and if there’s a wedding happening, you can bet she’s in the thick of it making magic happen! She’s been teaming up with Haley for nearly five years, and loves every second of helping couples bring their dream day to life.

At home, Erin is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud (and slightly outnumbered) mom of three wild little boys — all born within three and a half years! If that doesn’t prove she can handle anything wedding day throws her way, we don’t know what does.
​
Erin has had a soft spot for weddings since she was a little girl and finds so much joy in being part of every “I do.” Her heart is fully in every event — and yes, sometimes those “allergies” kick in during the vows. She truly believes there's nothing more rewarding than helping two people start their forever.

Always up for anything and happy to help, Lynn’s joyful energy keeps the good vibes flowing. Plus, her creative touch adds that extra bit of magic to every moment. From setup to send-off, she’s an absolute rockstar — and we couldn’t do it without her!
